antipope and
james_nicoll - finally a meme I feel comfortable with.
Which Hugo-winning novels have I read? Most, to my surprise - and of those that I've missed, I'm only likely to read Joan D Vinge and CJ Cherryh.
Some winners must have been like the Oscars - at the time, it seemed like the best SF novel of the year, and ten years later everybody is wondering why anyone ever thought it was good. Rather like Kramer vs Kramer.
